Handgun Safety Certificate- Study Guide
The state of California requires you to obtain a Handgun Safety Certificate (HSC) before you can purchase a handgun. In order to obtain an HSC, you must pass a written test on handgun safety.
This study guide provides information necessary to obtain the DOJ HSC and is available at all Turner’s Outdoorsman locations.
